This little fellow here is Boston, the owner of the best bar in Charleston, which has been #2 for two consecutive years in PBR sales! The Recovery Room is one of the Lowcountry Highrollers’ favorite sponsors, as well as places to hang out. Maybe you’ll see one of your favorite derby girls there sometime :)
Make sure you make it out to the Holy City Beard & Mustache Society Championships tonight, at the Music Farm!
Come to Sonic and let your Lowcountry Highrollers be your carhops :) We need help getting to East Coast Derby Extravaganza 2013! Where would we be without our awesome fans and supporters and friends?
If you can’t make it to Sonic, you can donate to our cause HERE to help us get to Philly!
the rough neighborhoods of italy are called the spaghetto
so tonight is my first game of derby, and i checked the website to find this. stoked, though the number is supposed to be upside down, you know, like a calculator… so it spells HELL. really stoked to play.
I would just like to mention that it’s probably best to find out if someone is on two-evils before deciding on a name… Two evils isn’t official really but people generally get attached to their names.
One of Badjon’s shots from yesterday. This is of Lex McCusker, right before your Lowcountry Highrollers played Black-n-Bluegrass from Kentucky :)
Help us get to ECDX this year! We are playing two sanctions and are ready to bring it! But we need your help! What would we be without our fans/friends/sponsors anyways?
The Lowcountry Highrollers’ two hometeams are battling it out. The Swampfoxes vs. The Riverdolls. This bout will be a nail-biter! It starts at 6:30pm this Sunday (April 14th) at Hot Wheels Skate Center on James Island. After the bout, join us one parking lot over at Cha-Cha’s. :)
I don’t think this is true at all. We have some real tiny babies on our all-stars who would bring you to your knees quickly. cough cough, Shells Bells, Ringo Starrdust, Powerpuff Curlz, cough cough

Roller Derby: The Lowcountry Highrollers at the Cape Fear Rollergirls, at the Schwartz Center in Wilmington, NC.
I watched the movie “Whip It” yesterday and now I want to join a roller derby team. Too bad they aren’t actually as intense as the movie portrays it. Oh, and the fact that I haven’t skated in like 7 years makes a bit of a difference too.
